Effective November 1, 2018, audio recordings of Connecticut Judicial Branch proceedings that occur on or after November 1, 2018 and are publicly disclosable will be available for purchase.
The public will no longer need to rely on the media and expensive transcripts for information about court proceedings. True and accurate accounts (audio only, not video (yet!)) of court proceedings will be available in accordance with policies and procedures signed by Chief Court Administrator Judge Patrick L. Carroll III on October 23, 2018.
